Refund policy

We want you to love your ONYX piece.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging

Please note:

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
• For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns on certain items

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
• Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for incorrect size or model only
• Contact us at orders@onyxaccessories.nz before returning any item
